Director
Capt. Ryan has visited 84 countries when he sailed the high seas and deep oceans for about 20 years on different types of merchant ships. In 2008, Captain decided to step ashore and joined a multi-national logistics company, where he slowly rose to the position of Senior Vice President and later joined a Global Shipping Giant as their Managing Director. In 2019, with all the wisdom gathered over the years, Captain decided to set sail his own boat.

Our CEO is in the Senior Managerial position in P&I Insurance and has the exposure of having worked for top 50 European Insurance Brokers and we have the expertise of this Industry and its complexities. Over 30 years Industry Experience and exposure handling Marine, Cargo and Commodities. Over a decade as CEO of Neptune having handled top clients viz CMA-CGM, NOL, APL and all clients listed in our profile. Giving clients optimum professional service with a high degree of precision and acceptance. He is serving as a Director General of the Colombo Chamber of Commerce and Past Chairman of Professional Advisory Committee of National Chamber of Exports and Chairman of the Sri Lanka Russia Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Suren has vast and intricate knowledge having worked with some of the very large Corporates as a Senior Director and Group Financial Controller with overall responsibility for over 25 Companies under his purview. Suren ranks among the most eminent and prominent Chartered Accountants in the Corporate world in Sri Lanka. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka.
